Steps to Change D-Link Extender WiFi Settings
Power Up Your D-Link Extender
To begin with, plug your D-Link WiFi extender into a power source. Once done, press the Power button. Wait for the LED light on your range extender to become solid.
Just in case the extender’s LED light keeps blinking or won’t glow at all, it might be due to the insufficiency of the power supply. Therefore, consider plugging your D-Link range extender into another wall outlet.
Connect Extender to Router
The next thing you need to do after powering up your D-Link range extender is to connect it with the host router. For this, you can either use a network cable or a wireless source. If you want to use an Ethernet cable, make sure that it is not damaged from anywhere. On the off chance, it is, considers replacing it with a new Ethernet cable.
